Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Khythranxex website (khythranxex.world), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our Services

Khythranxex provides custom handcrafted accessories including scarves, jewelry, and bespoke pieces. Our services include:

Design consultation and custom piece creation
Sale of ready-made artisan accessories
Gift wrapping and personalisation services
Accessory care and repair services

Ordering and Payment

When placing an order for custom accessories:

A 50% deposit is required to begin work on bespoke pieces
The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery
Prices include VAT where applicable
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
All custom designs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed

Custom Orders

For custom scarves, jewelry, and bespoke accessories:

Design briefs must be approved before crafting begins
Creation timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity
Minor variations in handcrafted items are inherent and not considered defects
For distance contracts, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive the goods, unless the goods are made to your specifications (bespoke/custom). By requesting a bespoke item and approving the design, you agree that we may begin production; once crafting has commenced, the right to cancel may be lost for that custom order as permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Design revisions are included as specified in your chosen service tier

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, photographs, text, and graphics, is the property of Khythranxex and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when placing orders or making enquiries
Use our website lawfully and respectfully
Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website
Not copy or reproduce our designs without permission

Limitation of Liability

Khythranxex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

Product Care

We provide care instructions with all accessories. Following these guidelines ensures longevity. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or normal wear.

Warranty

All Khythranxex accessories come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
