At Khythranxex, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

Return Eligibility

Ready-Made Items

Under UK consumer law, for distance sales you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Non-customised scarves, jewelry, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • Free from damage, alterations, or signs of use
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom and Bespoke Items

Goods made to your specification (bespoke or custom-made) are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel once you have agreed to the design and we have begun production. Due to their personalised nature, custom-made scarves, bespoke jewelry, and personalised accessories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or significantly differ from the agreed design. We work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure your complete satisfaction before completion.

How to Initiate a Return

For eligible returns, you must notify us of your wish to cancel or return within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. To begin a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive your return authorisation and instructions
  • Package the item securely to prevent damage in transit
  • Send the item to our Manchester address using a tracked service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method
  • We will process your refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back or receive evidence that you have sent them back (in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error; where you chose a premium delivery option, we will reimburse only the cost of the standard delivery we offered
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style or size (where applicable), please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require a price adjustment.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs
  • We will arrange collection at no cost to you
  • You may choose a full refund, repair, or replacement
  • Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects

Repairs and Alterations

We offer repair services for Khythranxex accessories:

  • Minor repairs may be complimentary within the warranty period
  • Quotes for repairs outside warranty are provided upon inspection
  • Ring resizing and chain adjustments are available for a fee

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or bespoke pieces made to your specifications
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Gift cards
